Waterway Gardens
Opening an isolated pipe is not enough: water must reach it from the top spring. Follow the watered network and harvest the next closed pipe that extends it. At a junction, inspect the branches towards plants that are still dry. An open plot at the far end remains unwatered while an intermediate section is closed.

Why these two gardens?
These gardens left proportionally fewer spare moves in the longer of our two check runs. Your own playthrough may differ.
Garden 90 : 41 moves
For three stars: at most 30 moves.
The orange harvest can distract from the pipes. Check the connections when a plant stays dry: one closed plot along the route stops the water even if the rest is open. Daisies are collected on their own plots and may need a match away from the network.
Garden 88 : 32 moves
For three stars: at most 28 moves.
Water crops and water flowing through the pipe network have separate counters. A blue match advances irrigation only if it opens a useful pipe. Start at the spring, extend the connected section, then use an opened passage to collect any daisies there.
